What we have built

In short

These are the systems Westward has built: agents that work our own search and social accounts, the CRM and email system we run the business on, and tools made for clients. Each one says what it does and what happened, including the parts that are early or not yet measured.

Built for clients

Client names, prices and numbers are theirs to share, so we describe the work and leave the rest out.

An architecture firm

Proposal studio

A tool that learns from a firm’s past proposals and drafts the next one in the firm’s own style.

What it does

  • A private workspace per firm, signed into by an emailed one-time code, with no passwords
  • Upload past proposals and a new project brief; get a full draft back
  • Each firm’s files stay in that firm’s workspace

What happened

In testing on a sample firm, a full draft came back in about two minutes. The real firm’s own proposals are the next step, so this is built and tested, not yet in daily use.

A family that manages its own investments

Private portal for a family office

One private place where a family sees everything it owns, built to be locked down tight.

What it does

  • Sign-in by emailed one-time code, with no passwords
  • Each family’s data kept apart and encrypted with that family’s own keys
  • Runs on our cloud, or on the family’s own computer
  • Built so family data is never used to train AI and never sold

What happened

Built and running. We do not share a client’s details or numbers without their say-so.

Built for ourselves

We use everything we sell. This is how we know it works, and where it does not yet.

Westward’s own site

SEO and GEO agent

An agent that works our Google search and our name in AI answers every day, and writes down what it did.

What it does

  • Eight checks a day: measure, get pages into Google, fix what holds them back, check AI answers, write it down
  • Dated targets set in advance, with a catch-up mode if it falls behind
  • Checks Google AI Mode and Perplexity with real customer questions
  • Every number in its report is measured, none are estimated

What happened

Two weeks after launch, Westward was the second Google result for a search of its own name, behind another firm with the same name. That is the easy end of search; ranking for what strangers type is the hard end, and we have barely started.

The agent’s daily bar: eight checks, from measuring and getting pages into Google to checking AI answers and writing down what was done.

Westward’s own site

Site updater

An agent that reads how visitors use this website and makes small, tested changes every night.

What it does

  • Records time on each page, scroll depth, sections seen, taps, dead taps and repeated angry taps, errors and load speed
  • Counts the booking funnel step by step, from first visit to a booked call
  • Ships at most two tested changes a night, or writes down why it made none
  • No cookies, no typed text and no IP addresses; a random number in the browser counts return visits, never tied to a name

What happened

In one 48-hour stretch it made nine live updates to our site. Whether each helped is graded by what visitors did afterward, and we publish numbers here once there are enough to mean something.

Westward’s own clients

Custom AI CRM and email

The system we run Westward on: every client, their email, calls, invoices and requests in one place, with an AI that reads the email.

What it does

  • A page per client with status, goal, next step and tabs for email, calls, billing and requests
  • Reads each client’s email every morning and updates a brief, a to-do list and the deal: what was agreed, the price, the date, the next step
  • Marks everything the AI wrote with ◇ and keeps the original email one click away
  • A full inbox: threads, attachment downloads, saved replies, drafts, new-mail alerts. Nothing sends until we press Send
  • Invoices, client requests and a private page for each client

What happened

It runs our own client work every day. We have no time-saved number to quote yet, and we would rather measure it with you in the audit than guess.

Westward’s own accounts

LinkedIn agent and Instagram DM agent

One agent keeps a company’s LinkedIn page in shape. Another messages every new Instagram follower by name.

What it does

  • The LinkedIn agent fixes things like a banner that does not fit and keeps the page current
  • The DM agent sends each new follower a first message and one quick question, with names filled in

What happened

We made a short film of each, and posted the first to Instagram and LinkedIn on October 4. We will publish how the films perform once there are numbers worth showing.

Frames from our films about three of our agents: a daily checklist at 7 of 8 done, a LinkedIn banner resized to fit, and the welcome messages sent to a new follower, names hidden.

Westward’s own chamber membership

Chamber of commerce autopilot

An agent that handles our local business chamber so nobody has to remember it.

What it does

  • Copies the chamber’s public events into the calendar, in free time
  • Turns chamber emails into drafts to answer
  • Anything that goes out becomes a draft or a to-do for a person to approve

What happened

Runs every morning. It never signs in to the chamber’s member portal or sends anything on its own.

Everyone, a consumer app by our founder

Fitcut

An app that finds the haircuts that fit your face shape, with previews on your own face.

What it does

  • Face-shape and hair analysis
  • Previews of haircuts on your own face, and cards to show a barber
  • Free basic results, a full analysis and a membership
  • Marketing run by a posting system that makes and publishes TikTok slideshows

What happened

Live and open to anyone. We have not published user numbers.
