Get your tutoring center named by ChatGPT and Google

Parents increasingly ask an AI assistant for a math tutor or SAT prep near them. For your center to be named, publish clear pages for each subject and grade band, with location, format and how to start. Westward can check what the assistants say about you today and fix what is on your side.

Be specific about who you serve

Which subjects, which grades, one-on-one or small group, in person or online, test prep or homework help. Assistants pick these facts out of your pages.

A vague line like “we help students succeed” gives them nothing.

Keep everything in agreement

Hours, address and subjects on your Google profile should match your site. If they differ, assistants may repeat the wrong ones.

Add a short page that answers common parent questions: how a trial works, how long sessions are, what happens if a student misses one.

Answer the parent’s real questions

Write short answers to what parents ask: how long a session lasts, how many students each tutor sees, what happens at the trial, what to do if a child dislikes it. Use those as question headings on your pages. They help parents decide and give assistants clean text to quote.

Examples of what it can look like in a tutoring center. Illustrations, not clients.

A parent asks an assistant for a reading tutor for a second grader nearby. Your elementary reading page says exactly what you offer and where.

An answer lists a subject you no longer teach. A check finds the old page, and it is updated.

Someone asks about group SAT prep. Your test-prep page names the format and how to enroll.

Often just clearer pages and an updated profile.
