A CRM and dashboard for your day spa
A day spa dashboard should show who is due back, which packages are close to expiring, how many gift certificates remain unused and which group inquiries are waiting. Westward builds a custom AI CRM for spas, with a short page per guest and drafts for your follow-ups. Nothing sends until a person presses Send.
Map your spa: see what could run on its own
Enter your website. The Brain reads it and shows every step of your day spa that could run on its own, and what we would build first. Free, about 20 seconds, no sign-up.
A page per guest
Favorite therapist, preferred pressure, treatments she loves, packages and certificates. Anyone at the desk can greet her like a regular.
It can also show when a guest has a birthday or anniversary on the calendar, if she shared it, so a personal note goes out at the right time.
A view of what is coming
Group inquiries waiting for a reply, guests due back, packages near expiry. A morning list turns it into action.
Gift certificate buyers and recipients both appear, so you can see which gifts turned into new regulars.
Built for your spa
It uses your menu, rooms and rules, not a template meant for every business.

The manager sees three group inquiries from the weekend with drafts ready.
A guest calls to ask about her package. The desk opens her page and answers at once.
The owner sees how many gift certificate buyers later booked their own visit.
