AI training for employees
Answers · Costs and hiring
The best AI training for employees uses each person’s real work, not samples, so they leave with something already running. Westward’s team setup puts your whole office on the newest AI and trains every person on their own tasks in five days, in person or online. It is priced per person, per month, and quoted on the call.
What good training looks like
People learn AI fastest when they use it on the task in front of them. A class on prompts they never use again fades quickly. So training should start with what each person repeats, put an agent on one of those tasks, and have them watch it run. Training also has to cover the limits: when to trust the output, when to check it, and when to stop and ask a person.
What is set up for the office
Everyday work: email sorted and drafted, notes written after calls, tech problems fixed and explained. Agents for the repeat work: set up on each person’s own tasks, in the software you already have. Getting clients: outreach, ads and posts prepared for your market, ready for you to approve. The setup is meant for the whole office, so owners, front desk and managers each get what fits their own work.
Why not just send people to a class
A class can teach what the words mean, but it cannot know your inbox, your files or your clients. Training on real tasks means each person leaves with a task already running, and has something to repeat on Monday.
The rules come with it
On the last day we hand over written rules: what the AI can and cannot do, who approves what, and what to check when something looks wrong. Nothing is sent, posted or changed until a person approves it.
Where and how
In person across Los Angeles and Orange County, or online anywhere. Each person signs in to their own Westward account in the browser. After the week, we keep you current: when something better comes out, we move you to it and show the team what changed.
Step by step
- Day one: we list the work each team repeats.
- Day two: every person puts an AI agent on one of their own tasks.
- Day three: email, call notes and tech support set up for the office.
- Day four: outreach, ads and posting set up for your market.
- Day five: handover of the written rules.

Questions
Do employees need any experience?
No. We train on each person’s own work and start from where they are.
How much does it cost?
The price is per person, per month, and quoted on the call. We do not publish a number.
What happens after the five days?
We keep you current. When the technology changes, we switch you to the newest and best and show your team what is different.
Will staff be told what not to put into AI?
Yes. We agree it with you in the audit: passwords, regulated records, and anything your customers would not expect. The setup enforces it and the training teaches it.
