An AI email assistant reads your business email, sorts it and writes draft replies for you to check. The safe version never sends on its own: you read each draft and press Send. Westward builds this inside its custom CRM, so each client’s email also updates their brief and to-do list.

What an email assistant can do

Here are the usual jobs. You can have all of them or just one.

It can sort new mail and pull out the tasks and dates. It can write a draft reply in your voice for the kind of email you answer all the time. It can point out threads where a client is still waiting on you. In Westward’s CRM, it also keeps a short brief and to-do list for each client, based on their email.

Where it can go wrong

A draft can get a fact wrong, miss the tone or answer the wrong question. That is why a person should read every draft, and why Westward’s system marks everything the AI wrote with ◇ and keeps the original email one click away.

Privacy matters too. Before anything is built, who can see your email, where it is stored and how long it is kept are agreed in writing, and the system runs in accounts you control.

Two ways to get one

The first is a helper that only works on your inbox: sorting, summaries and drafts. It is simpler and does one thing.

The second is an inbox inside a client system, where the email connects to each client’s page, deals, invoices and requests. It takes more building but it keeps everything in one place. We can build either, and we help you pick on the first call.

Is it worth it?

It pays off if you write many similar replies and client email is where your work gets lost. If you get a few emails a day, you probably do not need one, and we will say so.
