Fill and rebooking reminders for nail salons
Nail clients rebook when a reminder arrives just before they would notice their nails need work. AI can track each client’s service and usual gap, then send a short text with her technician’s next openings. Following up after a first visit and after a long gap does most of the rest, and Westward builds it with templates you approve.

Time it to the service
A gel manicure, a fill and a pedicure each come around on their own schedule. A reminder tied to each client’s habit, not a generic blast, feels like good service.
The note after a first visit
A short thank-you with care tips and an easy link to book the next one tells a new client you care about the result. If she had an issue, she can tell you privately.
Win back the lapsed
If someone stopped coming, a friendly message that mentions her technician, and says she is missed, gets more replies than a generic coupon.

Can the message be in her language?
Yes, if you store her preferred language. We would check wording with your team.
Is texting allowed?
You need consent from clients and an easy opt out. We build that into booking.
