How to get more reviews for your fitness studio
Studio clients are most likely to leave a review right after a class they loved, so that is the time to ask. AI can send a short message with a direct link to everyone who just completed a class or hit a milestone, and draft replies to what comes in. Ask everyone rather than only the happy ones, because review sites discourage selective asking.

Ask after a good moment
The tenth class, a first week done, a milestone the instructor noticed: these are natural prompts. A message from the instructor by name feels warmer than a generic request.
AI can find who has reached these points and prepare the message. The instructor reads it first.
Reply like the studio sounds
Reviews often mention an instructor by name. A good reply thanks the client, names the teacher and invites them back.
A critical review about a class being too crowded or the room being hot deserves a calm, specific answer. Drafts save time, and you approve every reply.

Examples of what it can look like in a fitness studio. Illustrations, not clients.
A client completes her tenth class and gets a message from her instructor thanking her, with a link to share her experience.
A review says the studio felt cramped. The owner gets an alert and replies with what changed about class sizes.
A tourist leaves a review after a drop-in class. A drafted reply invites her to visit again on her next trip.

Questions
Can I give a free class for a review?
Most review platforms forbid rewards in exchange for reviews. Thank people, but do not trade for them.
What about fake reviews?
Report them through the platform. Do not write or buy reviews.
