AI scheduling for roof inspections and jobs
AI scheduling for roofers books inspections by area, collects what the estimator needs before the visit, and rebooks everyone affected when rain moves a job. It also keeps homeowners informed about material delivery and tear-off day. You set the rules, and a person approves changes that affect crews.

Book inspections the way you drive
Inspections cluster by area. A scheduler that offers slots near your other stops saves windshield time. It can also ask for the roof type, a gate code and whether there is an active leak before anyone drives out.
Tell the homeowner what to expect on the visit: you will need roof access, photos will be taken, and someone should be reachable by phone. People who know the plan are easier to book and less likely to miss it.
Rain is the real scheduler
When rain pushes a tear-off, a dozen things move: crew, dumpster, delivery, homeowner. AI can draft one clear message to each affected homeowner with the new plan, for you to approve and send.
Tell homeowners what is coming
Material drop-off, tear-off day, nail sweep, final walkthrough. Short notices at each step answer the questions that would otherwise become calls.
Picture this
Examples of what it can look like in a roofer. Illustrations, not clients.
Three inspections are booked in one neighborhood back to back, each with photos of the ceiling stain already attached.
A forecast changes Tuesday’s tear-off. The two affected homeowners get a message with the new day before they ask.
A homeowner with a flat roof and a gate code enters both in the booking form, so the estimator does not stall at the door.

Questions
Can AI decide which jobs move for rain?
It can suggest. You decide. Crew safety and the state of the roof are your judgment.
Does the homeowner pick their own inspection time?
Yes, from slots you allow.
Can it book emergency tarp visits?
It can flag them and alert the person on call. Whether and when a crew goes out is your decision.
